Folding-Door Spiders (Antrodiaetus unicolor), are diminutive, more primative relatives of tarantuals. However, like most members of the mygalomorph group, they exhibit a similar appearance to their larger cousins. This darkly colored male was photographed in Pickens, South Carolina, USA.
