Round-leaf sundews (Drosera rotundifolia L.) are rare in many locations in the Southeastern, United States although they are found across the world in Europe, Asia and other locations. They require cool seepage waters for survival. Ironically, round-leaf sundews are pollinated by mosquitoes and other flies, which also serve as a supplementary food source if trapped as shown in this photo.
